At this time my understanding of sustainability is the way an operation keeps itself alive. It could be how a business or an industry works to keep itself going and expanding or its ability to sustain itself.

In my opinion social equality is very important. No one should be treated differently or unfairly because of their backround, culture or religioin but in saying that people can't expect special treatment in the world because of thei backround, culture or religion.
